Tuesday's racing bulletin

Tuesday's Five Live selection is Hawadeth in the 1510 at Cheltenham (all times BST).

There is no Flat racing in Britain on Tuesday because both Nottingham and Catterick have been abandoned due to water logging.

However, Flat racing fans will not be starved of action for too long because there are no problems anticipated with Wednesday's card at Great Yarmouth.

There is racing over the jumps on Tuesday at Cheltenham, where 16mm of rain fell over the weekend, and the ground is now officially good.

The weather stayed dry overnight and the forecast is for light showers during the afternoon.

It is the first of 16 fixtures at the course this season and the standard of racing looks typically high.

My Will in the 1435 went into a lot of notebooks when winning very easily on his chasing debut at Market Rasen.

The horse is held in high regard by trainer Paul Nicholls and looks set to follow up that debut success.

The handicap hurdle at 1510 looks very competitive but offers punters some value, with several decent horses likely to start at big prices.

Hawadeth never seems to run a bad race at this course and that was highlighted when he chased home Sporazene at the Cheltenham festival.

Top jockey Mick Fitzgerald has been booked to ride and the horse is reported to be fit and well by his trainer Victor Dartnall.

Savannah Bay in the 1655 was a decent Flat racehorse and is expected to make a winning debut over hurdles.
