Richard Quinn rode his 2000th winner in Britain on 2-1 fav Whitsbury Cross in the 4.50pm at Folkestone on Monday.
"For me, it's a great achievement to get 2000 winners and one which I'm very proud of," said the 42-year-old Stirling-born jockey.
Quinn rode his first winner on Bolivar Baby in 1981 and has ridden three British Classics winners, Snurge, Millenary and Love Devine.
