Champion Flat jockey Kieren Fallon is set for five rides as comes back from injury at Newmarket on Friday.
And the Irish rider, who has been out of action since suffering a nasty fall at Leicester on Monday, is determined to fight to retain his jockeys' title.
His absence saw him fall further behind Frankie Dettori in the championship.
Some bookmakers have already paid out on the Italian, who went 17 winners clear of the six-time champion with a victory on Thursday.
But Fallon said: "I can assure you I am in great form and raring to go again.
"I noticed that the bookies have decided that Frankie has won the championship as they are already paying out.

My task is hard but I am not the sort of man you write off

"Well, I want to point out it can be very dangerous to write a champion off. I remember a bookie once paid out early on Manchester United, and Arsenal came with a late run and pipped them."
Fallon's first ride back is on Bold Eagle for Sir Michael Stoute in the opening Federation Of Bloodstock Agents Maiden Stakes and then has commitments
for various other trainers later on the card.
He also has a full book of seven rides on Champions' Day at Newmarket, part of a potentially hectic Saturday.
Fallon has additional mounts booked at Yarmouth's matinee fixture and at Wolverhampton in the evening.
Dettori has not won the title since consecutive victories in 1994 and 1995, while Fallon has triumphed in six of the last seven years.
