The Five Live selection is The Bar Maid in the 1700 at Towcester (all times BST).
Wednesday's racing forecast does not look promising with further rain on the way.
Racing comes from Lingfield Park, Exeter and Towcester. All have so far avoided the fate of Salisbury, which is waterlogged ahead of its Saturday race meeting.
The jockeys' championship gets more exciting every day with just 30 days racing until the end of the season.
Frankie Dettori leads Kieren Fallon by eight and both have rides at Lingfield on Wednesday. Dettori has six mounts, compared with Fallon's four.
Dettori should be in the winners' enclosure aboard Mutanabi in the 1350 and Kauri Forest in the 1720, while Fallon has a good chance aboard Alafzar in the 1550.
Despite 2mm of rain overnight, the ground still has some good-to-firm patches at Exeter and the fields have stood up relatively well.
Neither Punchy in the 1540 nor newcomer Monticello in the 1610 should mind the fast surface over the fences.
Three Irish trainers have runners at Towcester on Wednesday. Michael Hourigan has Sargon in the 1530, while Eoin Doyle should have an excellent chance with Tingshaw Ring in the 1600.
Finally, Tony Martin, who always does well with his English raiders, runs Fagin in the 1600 and Cmewin in the 1630.
The best bet of the day is The Bar Maid, who runs in the 1700. Champion jockey Tony McCoy rides the mare, which has finished second three times at this demanding course.
The mare is not particularly well handicapped but loves this course and should win.
