England continue their fine start at the World Cup
Hannah Macleod's effort from a penalty corner helped England to their second win at the 2010 Women's Hockey World Cup at the expense of China. Macleod bravely dived to score the only goal of the match as England made their best start to a World Cup since 1990, when they finished fourth. Goalkeeper Beth Storry made a number of brilliant stops, including a stick save to keep out Zhao Yudiao's effort. She also kept out Song Quingling and a Ma Yibo penalty corner. Head coach Danny Kerry said: "We won the game in the first half. Beth was outstanding.
