Pegasus beat Pembroke Wanderers 1-0 in the final of the Irish Senior Cup in Dublin on Sunday.
Clare McMahon scored the decisive goal six minutes into the second half when she volleyed home with a reverse stick shot to give her side a deserved win.
Pegasus last won the trophy in 2004 and were on top for long periods with Mary Goode saving from six penalty corners.
This was the Belfast side's 12th success in the competition and McMahon was named as player of the match.
Pegasus goalkeeper Sharon Moffitt had just one save to make, at the start of the second half.
Pegasus had defeated holders Hermes in the semi-finals with Pembroke overcoming Ballymoney.
