Pollock starred as Britain's men overpowered Poland
Great Britain's men's team defeated Poland 82-68 to seal fifth place at the World Wheelchair Basketball Championships in Birmingham.
Meanwhile, the GB women's team had to settle for sixth spot following a 58-43 defeat by the Dutch.
The men secured their seventh win from eight matches at the tournament when seeing off Poland as Jon Pollock top scored with 34 points.
Britain's women claimed their highest finish despite losing by 15 points.
Pollock has enjoyed a fine tournament and led his side from the front as they went in 37-36 ahead at half-time.
GB moved clear at 60-46 after the third quarter, and maintained the 14-point advantage at the close, with Simon Munn bagging 15 rebounds in the match.
Britain's women could not match the Netherlands despite 14 points apiece from Helen Freeman and Clare Strange.
Maddie Thompson and Judith Hamer came off the bench as GB tried to fight back, but 20 points from Inge Huitzing helped the Dutch to a comfortable victory.
