More success for swimmers
Swimmer Elaine Barrett
Barrett has won three golds and a silver in Quebec
Britain's swimmers grabbed more medals on day five of the International Blind Sports Association Games in Quebec.

Golden girls Elaine Barrett and Rhiannon Henry added to their haul with a silver medal apiece.

Barrett raced to second spot in the B1 100m freestyle and Henry set a new British record of one minute 03.89 seconds in the B3 100m freestyle.

Bethanl Green's Dervis Konuralp also claimed his fourth medal, racing to bronze in the B3 100m freestyle.

Teenager Claire Williams shone in the track and field events as she out-classed her opposition in the first-ever women's hammer event at the IBSA Games.

The Welsh athlete's winning throw of 36.76m was almost 10m further than her nearest rival.

The team competition drew the judo action to a close and Britain finished in seventh place overall following rounds with Brazil and Spain.
