Green set his new mark in the BICC's monthly fixture on 6-7 March
Robbie Green has notched up the highest single-dart average in the history of the British Darts Organisation's Inter-Counties Championship.
The Cheshire player's figure in a recent monthly match was 42.94, which equates to a 128.82 three-dart average.
The 35-year-old's feat won him the March award for the highest average in the BICC's Premier Division.
England international Green was runner-up to Martin Adams at the 2009 Winmau World Masters in Bridlington.
Green will be in a 12-man England team competing in the 2010 BDO British Internationals at The Spa, Bridlington from 10-11 April.
