Taylor piles pressure on Barney

Phil Taylor says Raymond van Barneveld is feeling the heat as the Premier League of Darts move towards the business end of the season.

Taylor told BBC Radio Stoke: "Raymond is feeling the pressure. He's starting to look tired too.

"His lack of fitness doesn't help, in this game you have to be physically fit as well as mentally fit."

Taylor lies one place above the Dutchman in the Premier League. The pair meet in Liverpool on Thursday.

"This is the one that everyone wants to watch," said Taylor.

"You wouldn't believe the amount of people asking me for tickets, loads of footballers, even Ricky Hatton is coming."
