BBC Sport has teamed up with certain UK Broadband Service Providers to trial a new way of delivering video online.

This new technology is known as "Multicast" and means you can get live BBC sports coverage at a much improved quality.

These streams are delivered at 350 kilo bits per seconds (kbps) or 1.5 mega bits per second (mbps) and are only available to certain users who have specific service providers and a fast enough connection.

(Our normal narrowband stream runs at 34kbps, while broadband is 225kbps).

Most users of Plusnet, C&W, Claranet, NetServices, Zen, Keme, Intervivo, Bogons broadband services as well as those in the UK Academic Network (JANET) will be able to access the video streams.
