The chances of this team causing a stir at the Tour are very slim.
They are rock bottom of cycling's top division and things look unlikely to change any time soon.
While the vast majority of teams boast a who's who of world-class riders, RAGT, still in the relative infancy, have few riders that would be known outside of cycling's fraternity.
At last year's race they rode as the Jean Delatour team and did absolutely nothing of note.
Their team ambitions will be led by Guillaume Auger.
