Cycling clothing guide: glasses

ShortsSocksJerseyLightsHelmetGloveGlassesShoes

As well as looking cool, cycling glasses shield a rider's eyes from the glare of the sun.

In dry weather they protect your eyes from the wind, and also sand and gravel kicked up by other riders or cars.

And they stop small objects, like bugs, getting in your eyes.

They are also useful in the rain to protect the eyes from spray and grit flying off the road.
