Ceri Ann Davies and David Gourlay beat Sarah Seymour and Mark Royal 11-2, 12-0 to claim the mixed pairs title at the World Indoor Bowls Championships.
Davies, now living in Scotland, and Gourlay, a Scot who now resides in Australia, retained their crown against the East Anglian newcomers.
Seymour and Royal had earlier beaten England's Debbie's Stavrou and Scotland's Alex Marshall in the semis.
"I was really enjoying it out there today," said Gourlay after the win.
Welsh-born Davies was based for a spell in Queensland in Australia before moving to Scotland.
Her victory at the Potters resort in Norfolk is all the more remarkable considering she is six months pregnant.
The former sports psychologist from Port Talbot said: "I had a growth spurt over Christmas - half baby, half turkey - so I didn't know what to expect."
She won silver in the 2006 Commonwealth Games and last January won the Ladies' World Matchplay Championship.
