Iverson was banned from wearing his more preferred attire

Allen Iverson conformed to the new NBA dress code as he arrived for Philadelphia's season opener sporting a brown leather jacket and dark trousers.
Iverson, last season's NBA scoring champion, had worn baseball caps, baggy pants and replica jerseys in past seasons before the league's crackdown.
"People think I have some big problem with it," Iverson said. "I don't and I will dress appropriately."
The NBA is keen to promote smarter off-court attire among the players.
But some say it is an attack on black American culture as it outlaws hip-hop style clothing.
A large crowd gathered in the Wachovia Center car park to see whether or not Iverson would obey the rules.
Tuesday's Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper offered Iverson some fashion tips, showing artist renditions of him in such items as a turtleneck, jeans and a blazer, tweeds, and a scarf.
The 76ers' opening-night opponents, the Milwaukee Bucks, arrived in suits.
Australian centre Andrew Bogut, the top pick in June's NBA Draft, wore a navy suit to his regular-season debut.
