Philadelphia will contest their first National League Championship Series in 15 years after seeing off Milwaukee.
The Phillies beat the Brewers 6-2 in game four to win their division series 3-1 and set up a best-of-seven AL title decider with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Pat Burrell homered twice, including a three-run hit in a four-run third inning, to power the visiting Phillies.
He also homered in the eighth inning. Jimmy Rollins and Jayson Werth added solo home runs for Philadelphia.
Joe Blanton pitched six effective innings for the Phillies, limiting the Brewers to one run and five hits while striking out seven.

"We had some momentum, but it was important for us to come out a get a lead," said left-fielder Burrell.
"Jimmy Rollins set up the game with a home run (in the first inning). That really set the tone for us."
The Phillies won the first two games of the series at home before losing to the Brewers in Milwaukee on Saturday.
The Dodgers completed a 3-0 sweep of the Chicago Cubs on Saturday to progress.
In the American League, both Division Series will go to a fourth game after Tampa Bay Rays and Boston Red Sox missed out on the chance to complete a three-game sweep.
The Rays were beaten 5-3 by Chicago White Sox but lead their best-of-five series 2-1.
Boston lead their series by the same margin, after losing in extra innings to the Los Angeles Angels at Anaheim, who won 5-4 in the 12th.
