Los Angeles Dodgers beat Chicago Cubs 3-1 - their first postseason series win in 20 years - to win their National League Divisional Series 3-0.
First baseman James Loney drove in two runs in the first innings and Russell Martin added another in the fifth.
Dodgers pitcher Hiroki Kuroda threw six scoreless innings and a late Cubs rally failed to prevent the three-game sweep.
The Dodgers will now face either Philadelphia Phillies or Milwaukee Brewers for the National League title.

The Phillies lead that best-of-five series 2-1, having won the first two games in Philadelphia before the Brewers triumphed 4-1 at Miller Park on Saturday.
In the American League, both Divisional Series could finish on Sunday with both Tampa Bay Rays and Boston Red Sox leading their respective series 2-0 with their next two games at home.
The Rays, the surprise team of the season, lead Chicago White Sox 2-0, while the Red Sox - who won the AL wild card - are 2-0 up on Los Angeles Angels at Anaheim.
