Milwaukee became the first away team in MLB history to open a game with three home runs as they beat Cincinnati 10-5.
Rickie Weeks homered to centre-field and JJ Hardy followed with a shot to right field before Ryan Braun smacked the third over the center-field fence.
The batting feat had only previously been achieved twice before, and on both occasions by teams hosting games.
Victory took them to the top of the National League Central Division, with the play-offs fast approaching.
Milwaukee top the Major Leagues with 201 home runs this season and are 15
short of their franchise record.
