Defending mixed doubles champions Nathan Robertson and Gail Emms will lead England's World Championships team in Malaysia from 13-19 August.
Emms and Robertson will be hoping to retain their world title
The Olympic silver medallists beat Anthony Clark and Donna Kellogg in last year's final in Madrid.
Clark and Robert Blair will also bid to better their men's doubles silver.
England head coach Ian Wright said: "The squad know they are going to have to work harder than ever to match our achievements last year."
Commonwealth champion Tracey Hallam has also been named in the squad for the tournament in Kuala Lumpur from 13-19 August.
Hallam has recovered from knee surgery last year and is back in the world's top 20.
"That will give Tracey a big boost before Malaysia," added Wright. "She has worked really hard to get back to the top in such a short time."
Hallam is joined in the women's singles by Jill Pittard while in the men's singles world number 22 Andrew Smith and double English National champion Nick Kidd will be bidding to make an impact.
