Team Bath swim into second place

The University of Bath has finished in second place at the BUCS short course swimming championships.

The squad competed against 72 other universities at Sheffield but were beaten by Loughborough with Stirling university finishing in third position.

Team Bath swimming coach Mark Skimming told the club website: "I think we did exceptionally well.

"It was a superb team effort, with everyone pushing each other on to achieve a well-deserved second place."
