England lose out to Iceland
The England senior women's basketball suffered a narrow 72-67 defeat to Iceland in the first of their two internationals in Nottingham.

The game was close throughout with Iceland leading 27-25 at half-time but England fought back to lead 54-48 at the end of the third quarter.

England still led by a point with 90 seconds to go but Iceland scored six unanswered points to secure the win.

England's Rosie Mason hit a game-high 22 points and also claimed 15 rebounds.

The home side have a chance for revenge in the second game of the series in Sheffield on Wednesday.
