Anderson makes Phoenix switch
Manchester Phoenix have signed Canadian right winger Darcy Anderson from Italian side SV Ritten.

The 29-year-old will train with his teammates on Thursday and could figure against the Belfast Giants on Saturday.

"Last weekend, Darcy's agent told us he was available, so we put the wheels in motion to bring him to Manchester," said Phoenix coach Rick Brebant.

"He will add something to our attacking options and give us a bit more grit for the second half of the season."

Hull Stingrays coach Rick Strachan has confirmed the signing of Canadian forward Dru Burgess. The 29-year-old played under Strachan at Basingstoke Bison during the 1999-2000 campaign and will arrive in time for the Boxing Day trip to Newcastle Vipers.
