Romanian Olympic 100m hurdler Carmen Zamfir has been banned for two years for failing a drug test.
She had been cleared just a day earlier by the national Olympic committee after a second test proved negative.
But Zamfir, who had very small traces of stanozolol in an initial urine test, was banned by the Romanian Athletics Federation on Wednesday.
Federation president Iolana Balos said: "For us the quantity was less important than the existence of that substance."
