Klochkova completes golden double

Teen queen: Yana Klochkova has claimed two gold medals
Teenage star Yana Klochkova claimed her second gold of the championships after destroying the field in the women's 200m individual medley.

The 18-year-old Ukrainian was nearly two seconds ahead of her nearest rival, Beatrice Caslaru of Romania.

Klochkova, who won the 400m individual medley title on Sunday in a world record time, took the lead on the backstroke - the second leg of four - and pulled clear of the rest.

Her winning time of two minutes, 10.68 seconds was a new Olympic best, but outside the world mark set by banned Chinese swimmer Wu Yanyan.

Caslaru, who shared the European title with Klochkova in July following a dead-heat, took the silver in 2:12.57, with American Cristina Teuscher claiming the bronze.
