Throughout the Paralympics BBC Sport Online's new radio service SOL will be providing an exclusive daily audio update from the games - SOL@Paralympics2000.

Produced by a team from BBC Five Live and drawing on the expertise of the entire BBC team in Sydney, the programme will be broadcast at the end of each Australian day.

There will be news, competitions and an email forum for every one of the 12 days of competition.

Visit the site at lunchtime in the UK - after midnight in Australia - and you will get a comprehensive round-up of the day's events along with all the major talking points from Sydney.

The programme will also be available "on demand" throughout the next 24 hours, so wherever you are in the world you will always be able to relive the previous day's action action by clicking here .
