Put your 'ouse on Harrison
![]() Audley Harrison: he's got it in the bag, says Finnegan
It was back in the Mexico Olympics of 1968 that Britain claimed it's last boxing gold medal.
Middleweight Chris Finnegan beat Alexei Kissalev of Russia on a majority decision. British superheavyweight Audley Harrison is guaranteed at least a silver when he faces the Kazakhstani Mukhtarkhan Dildabekov in the final in Sydney. When Finnegan talked to BBC Wales he had no doubts that Harrison could go all the way, though.
"He's got the nerve, he's got the brain, he can box, he can punch." The charismatic Finnegan had a closing piece of advice for Harrison's fans who fancy a flutter at the bookies: "Put your 'ouse on it," he enthused. |
