A new BBC Two series called Olympic Dreams is following some of Britain's finest talent as they strive for glory at London 2012.
Watch the drama unfold as the likes of heptathlete Jessica Ennis, 13-year-old diver Tom Daley and BMX champion Shanaze Reade give an insight into what it takes to be the best.

Over the next 12 months, you can follow their progress on BBC Sport's Olympics website - bbc.co.uk/olympics - with news, reports, video clips and regular diary entries.
