Julien Absalon is a mountain biker from France.

Julien has won two Olympic gold medals and wants to win more medals at London 2012.

His bikes are probably very different to the ones that you or your family might have.

They cost a lot of money because they are very light and modern.

Julien says he couldn't be a successful mountain biker without the help of other people.

Map of France

Olympic champions often have a team of people who support them.

For example they might need someone to make sure they eat the right things, somebody else to help them train and a doctor to look after them.

Let's meet team Absalon.
