Have you ever tried to kick a 45 over the bar? The experts make it look so easy and appear to tap it over the bar with cool aplomb ... but it's anything but.
That's why The Championship has laid down a 45 Challenge to all county squad players in Ulster.
Monaghan kicked off with a solitary single effort while All-Ireland champions Tyrone managed three, Derry a handsome six, and last week Down last week upped the tempo considerably with 10 successful attempts over the bar.
This week the footballers of Armagh get their chance. Watch how they get on.
For a bit of fun, guess how many times they managed to split the uprights.
