Tyrone-Donegal McKenna Cup clash switched to Edendork

Tyrone's Barrett Dr McKenna Cup clash against Donegal has been switched from Omagh to Edendork with an earlier 1500 GMT start.

The game had been put back to 1600 at Healy Park but has been moved to Edendork following a pitch inspection.

Four other games take place with UUJ facing Fermanagh at Breffni (1600).

Armagh face Antrim at the Athletic Grounds, Derry meet Monaghan at Celtic Park and St Mary's play Down at Newry with the three having a 1400 throw-in.

UUJ and Fermanagh had been scheduled to meet at Brewster Park in Enniskillen while Down were to play St Mary's on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Down and Antrim will consult video evidence to try and get the red cards handed out to James Colgan and Tomas McCann on Wednesday rescinded.

The two players were sent-off in Wednesday's clash at Casement Park.

Referee Martin Higgins dismissed the duo after consulting with an umpire and Colgan and McCann are now likely to miss the opening round of their respective National Football League campaigns.

CJ McGourty and Kevin Brady return for Antrim against Armagh but Michael Magill is absent.

Derry hope to build on their wins over Cavan and Queen's in the past week when they take on Monaghan.

Tyrone will stick with the team selected for the postponed midweek clash with UUJ for their match against Donegal.

That means the holders will face a vastly experienced Red Hand side which contains 10 of the players who featured against Dublin in the All-Ireland quarter-final defeat to the Dubs last August.
