Tyrone ladies will replay their TG4 All-Ireland Ladies Football semi-final after Kerry hit a late goal in Saturday's clash to force a draw.

Kingdom captain Bernie Breen netted with four minutes remaining to level proceedings at Ballymahon in Longford.

Sarah Connolly's goal helped Tyrone lead 1-3 to 0-0 but Lorraine Scanlon's strike helped Kerry draw level at 1-6 apiece by half-time.

Jolene Donnelly and Cathy Donnelly scored Tyrone's second-half goals.

The winners of next weekend's replay will face Dublin in the decider at Croke Park on 26 September.

Tyrone, who ended Cork's five-year reign as All-Ireland champions in the last round, led for most of the game with Connolly's eighth minute goal helping them to a 1-3 to 0-0 lead.

Kerry responded with three unanswered points, only for the Red Hands to hit back with three points of their own to lead by 1-6 to 0-3 after 22 minutes.

But aided by Scanlon's 28th minute goal, Kerry had hauled themselves back onto level terms, 1-6 apiece, at half-time.

Tyrone regained the lead two minutes after the restart when player of the match Donnelly, who top-scored with 1-6, found the net with a looping shot.

But Kerry responded with five points on the trot to lead by two before Mags O'Donoghue's 43rd-minute penalty was saved by Tyrone goalkeeper Shannon Lynch.

Cathy Donnelly netted for Tyrone two minutes later to give them a 3-6 to 1-11 advantage.

Further points from Gemma Begley and Donnelly pushed the Red Hands three clear before Breen's late equalising goal.
