Rory Gallagher is playing for St Gall's in the Ulster Club Championship

Rory Gallagher is poised to make a return for his native Fermanagh after a four-year absence. The 31-year-old forward from Belleek switched counties to play for Cavan two years ago. Gallagher, who plays for Antrim club St Gall's, was the top scorer in the Ulster Championship for three straight seasons with the Ernemen. He hit a record-breaking 3-9 against Monaghan in 2002 but quit Fermanagh three years later. Gallagher is now working in Killybegs in Donegal after being based in Belfast. He made his Ulster SFC debut against Cavan in 1998 - Fermanagh and the Breffni Blues clash again next year in what could be Gallagher's championship return. Gallagher was also linked with an Erne comeback last year.
