Tyrone clinch Lory Meagher title

Eamon Campbell's Donegal side had defeated Tyrone in the Ulster SFC

Tyrone won the inaugural Lory Meagher Cup and promotion to the Nicky Rackard series for next season with a 5-11 to 3-16 win over Donegal at Croke Park.

The Red Hand hurlers came from nine points behind to squeeze over the finish line.

Tyrone led by five after a Rory O'Neill goal but Lee Henderson's strike helped Donegal lead 1-9 to 1-6 at half-time.

Second-half goals from Justin Kelly, Rory O'Neill, Peadar McMahon and Shea McKiver help Tyrone edge the verdict.
