Tyrone minor star Kyle Coney produced a sparkling display in Ardboe's 2-16 to 2-6 win over Eglish in Sunday's WJ Dolan Tyrone SFC quarter-final.
The Aussie Rules-bound teenager scored 2-5 as the Rossas made the last four - Michael Jordan netted both goals for Eglish in a Coalisland double-header.
Defending champions Dromore completed the semi-finals line-up after beating Coalisland 0-12 to 0-6.
On Saturday, Clonoe saw off Carrickmore and Donaghmore beat Kildress.
Patrick Doris (4) and Ryan O'Neill (3) were the chief Clonoe scorers in their 0-11 to 0-8 quarter-final win.
Carrickmore had Paul Daly (two yellow) and Gabriel McCallan (straight red) sent off in the closing stages, with Clonoe's Stephen McCann also dismissed.
Donaghmore beat Kildress 1-12 to 0-8 with Matthew Ace grabbing a 19th minute goal, turning Niall McKenna's cross past Mark Treacy.
Kildress could never close the gap and, as frustration grew, they had three men sent-off late in the game, when Niall Quinn, Martin Loughran and Frank McGurk received straight red cards.
Ardboe were rocked by Jordan's two goals but recovered to lead by 0-10 to 2-2 at half-time and Coney's double settled the issue soon after the break.
Despite the first half dismissal of county minor captain Ronan McNabb, Dromore led by 0-4 to 0-3 at the break in what was a repeat of last year's final.
Eoin McCusker brought his tally to four points in the second half with some superb scores.
Coalisland also finished with 14 men when midfielder Peter Donnelly was sent off for a second booking 10 minutes before the end.
