Stephen Kernan will start against Monaghan
|
The Kernan brothers, Aaron, Stephen and Tony, will all start for Armagh for the first time in Sunday's Allianz NFL Division Two game against Monaghan.
Aaron is in for Paul Duffy at left half back, Stephen for Gregory Loughran at right half forward and Tony replaces Gareth Swift at right corner forward.
Malachy Mackin replaces Gareth O'Neill and Paul Courtney comes in for Paddy McKeever at left half forward.
Stephen Gollogly comes into the Monaghan attack for Eoin Lennon.
Lennon's unavailability because of an ankle injury means that Gollogly returns to Monaghan's attack for the Clones showdown.
Carrickmacross club-man Gollogly is named at left half-forward with Paul Finlay switching from the attack to take Lennon's midfield berth.
Monaghan are top of Division Two after claiming opening wins over Roscommon and Cavan.
Gollogly came on as a substitute in the win over Cavan.
Aaron Kernan told the BBC he and his brothers were all glad to be back in action for their county following last week's defeat for Crossmaglen.
"The panel should be strengthened with all the Cross players coming back and I think my brothers are in the panel on merit.
"I imagine that there would have been plenty of stick handed out if we had all been selected while our dad (Joe) was in charge though."
