Antrim claimed their first Allianz NHL Division 1A win of the campaign with an impressive display in Dunloy.
Ciaran Herron scored Antrim's first goal on eight minutes when his 80-yard free dropped into the Wexford net.
Karl Stewart netted after 26 minutes to help the Saffrons to a 2-5 to 0-5 lead at the break.
Stewart secured his double on 51 minutes followed by Eoin Quigley's strike for Wexford, while Antrim's defence held firm to seal the victory.
The Ulster side should have been further ahead at half-time but Wexford keeper Dermot Flynn made a series of good saves.
Liam Watson top-scored for the Saffrons with six points.
Antrim were defeated 0-22 to 0-15 by Dublin in their league opener at Parnell Park last weekend.
