The strike by Cork's senior football and hurling squads remains in place despite efforts to resolve the players' row with the county's GAA board.
Cork's senior players are unhappy over the board's decision to remove the right of the senior managers to choose their own selectors.
A delegation from the football side is understood to have met newly-appointed football boss Teddy Holland last week.
The players emphasised that they remained unavailable at present.
Teddy Holland was appointed to succeed Billy Morgan as football boss after Morgan refused to agree to the county board directive.
The Cork football squad is scheduled to travel to South America for a 17-day holiday on Monday and the county's first National League game will be against Meath on 2 February.
County board secretary Frank Murphy and outgoing liaison officer Declan Walsh will accompany the squad on their trip along with three of the old selection committee Ger Sullivan, Jim Nolan and Teddy Owens.
The footballers are not scheduled to take part in the McGrath Cup in the New Year and there is now some doubt over the hurlers participation in the Waterford Crystal Cup.
Gerald McCarthy's side are down to meet Limerick IT on 6 January.
