Crossmaglen Rangers survived a late surge by St Brigid's from Roscommon to seal their place in the 2007 AIB All-Ireland Club football final.
Michael McNamee's first-half goal proved to be the difference as St Brigid's, Connacht champions for the first time, battled all the way.
Oisin McConville and Johnny Murtagh landed some fine frees to keep the Ulster title holders in front.
They will now meet either Dr Crokes or Moorefield who drew in the other semi.
For Crossmaglen it is a first appearance in the final since they won their third crown in 2000 under Joe Kernan.
"Semi-finals do not have to be pretty - they just have to be won. All we wanted to do was get back to Croke Park," said experienced Rangers player John McEntee.
"It is seven years since we got there. We let a chance slip against Portlaoise two years ago.
"The memory of that remained with us and we did not want to taste that again."
Tyrone and Ulster champions Greencastle are through to the All-Ireland junior final after beating beat Connacht side Killala 0-12 to 1-5 at Markievicz Park in Sligo.
Owen Roe of Coleraine reached the Intermediate final by beating Tourmakeady of Mayo 1-4 to 0-6 at Breffni Park.
