Philip Jordan and Gavin Devlin make their first Tyrone appearances this season in Sunday's McKenna Cup final against Monaghan at Casement Park.
Eoghan Bradley also returns to action along with Conor Gormley while Raymond Mulgrew replaces Ryan Mellon and Ciaran Gourley moves to midfield.
Meanwhile, James Coyle makes his first appearance for Monaghan since last season's Championship.
Colm Flanagan also returns but Dick Clerkin is out through injury.
With Owen Mulligan, Mickey McGee and Kevin Hughes suspended and with a rash of injuries, Tyrone boss Mickey has rejigged his line-up.
Jordan and Devlin are in the half-back line with Bradley coming in at left corner-back.
Gormley now starts at corner-back with Mulgrew up in the forwards line.
Five players who featured in the early stages of the McKenna Cup - Tommy McGuigan, Colm Donnelly, Aidan McCarron, Brendan Boggs and Paul Quinn, have been recalled and will be on the bench.
Farney boss Sean McEnaney has been hit with university call-ups and injuries with Paul McGuigan, Bernard O'Brien and Benny McKenna involved in the Sigerson Cup.
However, he has named Eoin Lennon in his starting line-up even though that could mean him playing three matches in as many dates.
The talented midfielder will line out for DCU in the Sigerson Cup semi-final against UCC on Friday and could be involved in the varsity decider on Saturday evening.
