Carrickmore secured their 14th Tyrone football championship success by beating Dromore 1-13 to 1-09 in Sunday's final at Healy Park in Omagh.
Managed by former Fermanagh boss Dominic Corrigan, Carrickmore were on top for most of the contest.
Dromore, who have never won the title despite being in five previous finals, will be disappointed with their performance on the big day.
They had county star Colm McCullough sent-off in the second half.
McCullough was shown a straight red card for getting involved in an ugly flare-up 10 minutes before the end.
Colm Donnelly netted Dromore's goal on 11 minutes following up after McCullough's fisted effort had rebounded off an upright.
Carrickmore's goal was scored by Michael Gallagher who followed up after a fine save by Pteer Ward.
Carrickmore had enjoyed a 1-06 to 1-03 lead at half-time.
"We took the game to them in the third quarter because we felt it was the best way of defending our lead," said Corrigan.
"The players have worked hard since January and got their reward today."
