Kelly rejects fight offer
Belfast's Damaen Kelly (left) is hoping to fight WBU champion Peter Culshaw in April
Damaen Kelly (left) won the WBF flyweight title in May
Belfast flyweight Damaen Kelly has turned down an offer to fight on Audley Harrison's next bill in Brentford on 8 February.

Olympic champion Harrison will fight American Rob Calloway in his ninth professional contest at the Fountain Leisure Centre.

Kelly was part of the undercard when Harrison fought in Liverpool in October but the Northern Ireland boxer will not be on the Brentford bill.

The Belfast boxer's trainer Michael Hawkins told the BBC that Kelly was feeling jaded.

"Damaen is devoting all his energies to getting himself right for the fight against Peter Culshaw in April," said Hawkins.

Culshaw is the current WBF super-flyweight champion while Kelly is the WBF flyweight champion.
