Knight pipped Pole Taddy Blazusiak in a thrilling two-hour main event in the old Nantmawr Quarry, in this now very popular venue on the Enduro circuit.
Wildcard Michael Brown won £1,000 for leading the field at halfway in an event that attracted thousands of fans.
