Ryan Farquhar will ride in TAS Suzuki colours next season
The Dungannon rider moves to the team, which is owned by Hector Neill and managed by son Philip, after a season of mixed results with MSS Kawasaki.
Farquhar won 600cc races at each of the three international road race meetings this year but a Superbike success has continued to elude him.
"My ambition is to win a superbike race and with this move it is very possible I can achieve that," he told BBC Sport.
Farquhar replaces Adrian Archibald, who is to move to AIM Yamaha, and will concentrate on the main road events.
"It has not really sunk in yet that I am going to ride for the biggest team in Ireland," added Farquhar.
"It is a big step for me and something I am very excited about.
"I have had 33 wins this year including three international successes - my target next year is to surpass that and get a Superbike victory.
"I believe it is the right decision. I want to give it 100% and the team is behind me 100%."
