Welshman Chaz Davies was in a rage after crashing out of Sunday's British 250cc road race GP at Donington Park.
The 17-year-old from Knighton lasted just six minutes of the 27-lap race in front of some 80,000 fans at the Leicestershire circuit.
"Disappointment does not even cover it," said Davies.
"Looking at the lap times from the first two days, and how the race eventually panned out, I thought a top-eight finish was possible here."
Davies had qualified at Donington in 12th position, but dropped to 16th after a disappointing opening lap.
"I was trying to make up for a bad start and got among a couple of backmarkers who weren't going to let me through," he added.

I was all right afterwards, I'm not hurt, but I'm raging about what happened

"If I was in front of someone who I knew was faster, I'd move over and then follow them through.
"But I was having to pick my place to go past, took a tighter line than I normally would going into Goddards and that was it - crash and end of story.
"I was all right afterwards, I'm not hurt, but I'm raging about what happened."
Davies, who spent last season switching between the classroom and the race track and even took exams around the world, showed he still has plenty to learn in his chosen profession.
He learned to race motorcycles after honing his early competitive instincts in go-karts but, under grey skies at Donington, failed to make any tangible progress as he continues to serve his racing apprenticeship.
After failing to register in the opening two rounds of the year, Davies has so far scored points in five out of the nine races for a 15-point total in 17th place.
The race was won Spain's Daniel Pedrosa on a Honda, ahead of Argentine Sebastian Porto and Randy de Puniet of France, both riding Aprilias.
Pedroasa's fourth win of the season takes him to 180 points, and 34 points clear of De Puniet.
