Ryan Farquhar felt renewed pain in practice on Friday evening

Lisburn rider Darran Lindsay claimed a treble at Saturday's Cookstown 100 meeting.
Lindsay won the 250, 600 and Open races while Dungannon man Nigel Moore, second for the last four years, finally took victory in the 125 class.
There was a shock in the main race with southerner Martin Finnegan taking the honours with Richard Britton second and Adrian Archibald third.
Dungannon road racer Ryan Farquhar had pulled out of Saturday's meeting.
A medical examination on Friday morning gave Farquhar the all-clear to race but he felt renewed pain in his wrist in practice on Friday evening.
"Even though I had taken painkillers, I was still in agony," said Farquhar, who has won the main event in Cookstown over the last two seasons.
In addition to miss the Cookstown meeting, he has also pulled out of next week's Tandragee 100 to concentrate on regaining full fitness for the North West 200 in three weeks.
Moore came in ahead of Robert Dunlop and Mark Curtin in the 125 event.
Lindsay led for the first two laps but crashed out after a mishap on lap three.
However, Lindsay dusted himself off to take victory in the 250 event ahead of Jarno Holland and William Dunlop.
He then took the 600 race ahead of Archibald and Britton.
Archibald had to give way to Lindsay again in the Open race while Finnegan came home in third place.
