Force India can be delighted with their progress in 2011
EDDIE JORDAN'S 2012 VIEW
"Force India had a very strong finish to the season which saw them end up as the fastest of the midfield. "This season, the team have gone for a young and inexperienced line-up with Nico Hulkenberg promoted from reserve driver, to replace Adrian Sutil, alongside Paul di Resta who was impressive as a rookie last year. "Di Resta and Hulkenberg will push themselves to the limit to beat each other, but I just hope they don't think too much about themselves and remember their obligation is to the team first. "They've benefitted from the partnership with Mercedes, who supply their engines and McLaren who supply their gearbox and hydraulics."

What was your first paid job? Worked as a paper boy. What time do you set your alarm clock for? 0700 most days.
