BBC PUNDIT EDDIE JORDAN'S 2010 REVIEW
"Ferrari scored more points than any other team since the halfway point of the championship and if it had been divided into two parts there is no doubt that they would have been champions. "McLaren came up with the F-duct this season and Red Bull designed the exhaust-blown diffuser but we did not see imagination and impetus coming from Ferrari in the early part of the season. "Fernando Alonso missed out on the world title in the final race after playing a key role in that fight-back. "Ferrari have also been much more approachable this season and that is credit to team boss Stefano Domenicali. "After losing momentum, he gathered it up and who's to say that they will not emerge the ultimate champions again?"
MEET THE BOSS - STEFANO DOMENICALI
Can you explain your team's philosophy in three words? Five: Racing is in our DNA. Why do Ferrari race? Because, as I said, racing is part of our DNA, since the beginning of our history. Racing is mainly our promotional tool - we do not do any kind of advertising - and our living R&D department for our road cars. What is special about Ferrari? Ferrari is a myth, all over the world. When you see a Ferrari in a road, you turn your head to follow her. When you see the Ferrari flags in the stands on the other side of the world you understand the passion that this brand generates.
