Red Bull's Mark Webber has sought help from another brand of sporting Bulls to keep him fit over the winter. The Australian driver is training with Super League side Bradford Bulls in Lanzarote.

The McLaren drivers have both been back to work this week at the team's Woking headquarters. Lewis Hamilton reports on his Twitter page: "Hey all, been at MTC today on simulator and training. Car feels good, never know how others will be but I'm happy with where we are. We'll keep pushing."

Lewis Hamilton will be the first man to test McLaren's 2011 car when it makes its on-track debut at the second test in Jerez in February.

Team Lotus boss Tony Fernandes has been sharing his feelings on the Lotus naming dispute involving his team and Renault, who are now sponsored by the Proton-owned Lotus Group. Fernandes says: "More to come on my feeling and the truth on this Lotus saga. The good always win. We won't be faster than Renault. But we are only one year old. Takes time to build a tree. We are building the right tree."

Pirelli is planning to colour code its various super-soft, soft, medium and hard tyre compounds in 2011 to help spectators understand the teams' strategy.
