The imposing McLaren headquarters near Woking in Surrey
|
Independent legal and technical experts have visited the McLaren headquarters in Woking to assess the team's design for next season's Formula One car.
The visit was part of governing body the FIA's decision to ensure no Ferrari ideas were on the 2008 McLaren car.
McLaren were fined $100m (£47.5m) and had their constructors' points removed after being found guilty of possessing confidential Ferrari information.
McLaren said they were expecting the visit and were "co-operating fully".

The FIA confirmed the inspectors had been to McLaren's base near Woking in Surrey but refused to comment further.
A spokesman said the initial plan had been to present any evidence found to the World Motor Sport Council meeting on 7 December but that he did not know whether a report would be ready by then.
