Ferrari have dominated Formula One in recent years
The previous three-year deal was worth £110m, but financial details of the new agreement have yet to be released.
The deal will continue to see major branding of Ferrari's cars and drivers' overalls and helmets.
"We're happy to extend our agreement - the partnership's played a key role in our success," said Ferrari's Jean Todt.
